FAQs

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment gateways, it will ship within 5-20 business days from the processing date of your order, depending on the type of products (Customers can check on us through live chat or email before ordering about how long is the shipment for the products, we have an option for expedited shipment for our products if they are needed asap).  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at lyfeasy101@gmail.com or at our live chat.

Our policy, no sales tax for all our products, is only for our customers in all 49 states except Texas (since our business is incorporated in Texas). Our Texan customers are going to be responsible/ shoulder 8.25% local and state taxes when purchasing from our company.

Free Shipping to 48 States Only excluding Alaska and Hawaii:

We only do Free Shipping to all the states of America except for Alaska and Hawaii. If you are from Alaska or Hawaii, kindly chat or email us about your name, product of interests and address so that we can quote you a shipping fee, we have basic and expedited shipping availability.

Damages upon Arrival:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos lyfeasy101@gmail.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. If proven damaged, we will ask the supplier for an exchange with no charge to our customers.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or any payment gateways that you use when placing your order.

All inquiries are served/answered within a day, 7 days a week (including the weekend). All live chats are answered, we all read the inquiries in here and respond to them asap, emails are ideal to save current/ future conversations in live chats. When calling our number and for some reason fails to get a hold of a representative, please leave a voicemail stating your name, location and inquiries and we'll get back to you usually within a day through call/text.
